Before you load a single glass

Four things that make or break every tree.

Hand-tighten every section until snug. Screw the pole into the base, then the tiers — a loose pole is the #1 cause of tilting. No tools needed.

Load in opposite pairs, like a clock. 12 o'clock, then 6, then 3, then 9 — starting from the bottom ring and working upward.

Center each stem in its holder. The rubber-coated grip holds every glass steady — but only if the stem sits centered, not angled.

Flat, sturdy surface away from table edges — and away from high-traffic areas so guests take one glass at a time.

Which glasses to buy

Glasses are not included — by design, so you can match them to your event. Your tree holds any stemware up to 9" tall; a matching set of 12 makes the display. Here's what works and what each style is best for.

Tall & slim, keeps bubbles longest. Look for 5–6 oz, under 9" tall.

✓ Best for showpiece cocktails

The elegant, vintage look — French 75s, cosmos, espresso martinis. 5–7 oz.

✓ Best for spritzes

Choose smaller-bowl styles (8–10 oz) so glasses sit balanced when ⅔ full.

✓ Best for margaritas & palomas

Stemmed only — the holders grip the stem. Skip tumblers and stemless styles.

Quick rule: stemmed · under 9" tall · 5–8 oz capacity · buy 12 matching. Weight matters less than the stem — if it has one, the rubber-coated holders will grip it.

Quick Fixes

Something not right?

Most issues have a 30-second fix.

Tree feels wobbly or tilted

Re-tighten each pole section by hand until snug — this fixes it 9 times out of 10.
Make sure you're on a flat, completely level surface.
Check the base sits flush — the anti-slip pads should all touch the table.

Glasses sit angled or uneven

Center the stem in each rubber-coated holder — an off-center stem tilts the glass.
Load in opposite pairs (12–6–3–9) so weight stays balanced as you go.
Fill glasses only ⅔–¾ full for the steadiest display.

Condensation or drips

Chill drinks and glasses first — cold glass forms less condensation.
Wipe the outside of each glass before placing it on the tree.
For mimosas: juice first, then champagne slowly, to keep foam down.

Missing or damaged part

Don't return it — register your warranty below, reply to the confirmation email, and a real person will make it right, fast.
